. returns and exchange details

. all of my work is handmade with the utmost care. i try to be as descriptive as possible about all the jewelry in my shop, so please read descriptions and measurements carefully, and to contact me with questions prior to ordering.

. when ordering a ring, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct size. when a ring is ordered in the incorrect size it can possibly be re-sized, but this will be subject to a charge.

. if, by chance, you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible, latest within 7 days of receipt. i will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

. the item must be sent back in it’s original box and in unworn condition. the item is the recipient’s responsibility until it reaches us. for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods with a tracking number. mezereem cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. if you are returning an item for a refund or an exchange, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty (providing we are notified of faults within 7 days of receipt). we will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of abuse. in this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at his own cost. in the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same bank account from which it originated within 28 days of receipt of the return.

. i can't be held responsible if a package gets lost due to an incomplete or wrong shipping address provided by the buyer

. all orders are shipped with PostNL (https://www.postnl.nl/en/), this service does NOT include tracking number or insurance

. for tracking number and/or insurance, please upgrade your shipping to registered and insured shipping when placing your order

. european delivery times are usually around 1 week, international delivery times are regularly 1 . 2 weeks but may take up to 4 . 5 weeks due to unforeseen circumstances

. i am not responsible for delivery delays caused by Post NL

. i am not responsible if Post NL looses or damages a package, but in any case i will do my best to help you find your package

. for orders outside the EU import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges

. buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply

. i am not responsible for delays due to the package being inspected by customs
